The HerBlogDirectory.com service is hosted in the U.S. and operated out of Canada.

You may not post on any publicly viewable portion of HerBlogDirectory.com any of the following items; any personal contact details such as but not limited to; telephone numbers, street addresses, last names.

You may not post on any portion of any or part of the following items; containing . unlawful, harmful, liable, nudity, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, obscene, lewd, excessively violent, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable material.

Despite this policy HerBlogDirectory.com assumes no responsibility or liability for this material you may encounter well using or visiting our website.  Information provided by other Members may at times breach this policy and contain objectionable material. If you encounter any breach of this policy or out terms of service please report it to our support department.

This Agreement includes and encompasses any other policies of use and privacy posted on the Her blog directory Website and the entire Her Media Network of websites and services.

Her Media reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of our services or at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. 

Her Media expressly reserves the right to remove your profile and/or restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to any part of our Network’s services if we determine, in its sole discretion, that you should be so removed for just or unjust causes.

Her Media assumes no responsibility for monitoring our Service/s for inappropriate content or conduct of it’s members.

Termination: Memberships may be terminated at any time by either party, for any reason. Her Media may terminate your account without warning. This agreement remains in affect even after your account is terminated..

Password Policy:

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party.

You are responsible to report to Her Media if your password has been disclosed or breached in any way.

Eligibility and Conduct

Use of and Membership in the HerBlogDirectory is void where prohibited.

Illegal and/or unauthorized use of our Her Media Network’s services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to any page within our network is prohibited.

Age requirements: Membership is not permitted by any party under the age of 14. Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 14 years of age.

By using HerBlogDirectory you represent and warrant that (a) you are 14 years of age or older (b) that all information provided and submitted is truthful and accurate (c) you will maintain accurate information as provided (d) your use of our services does not violate any applicable Laws.  (e) You agree to NOT participate in any automated use of our system, such as adding scripts or harvesting programs to remove content from our website. (f) to not cover or modify our layout to prevent banner advertising from being viewed via HTML?CSS or any other means. (g)  To not use our service for commercial use except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by Her Media. Affiliate Links or commercial advertisements will be removed from profiles without any notice and could result in the termination of your account

Legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Her Media Network.

We do  not claim ownership of any content you submit or upload onto our service and network. By  submitting content for inclusion on any area of our service you are garnting Her media, the following worldwide, royalty-free and non exclusive license(s), as applicable. You grant to Her Media and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, use in promotional campaigns, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your profile information, complaints, comments or testimonials throughout the world in any media.

Copyright Policy. You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: Her Media provides this site and all products are provide “As is” with mo warranties whatsoever.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: YOU, ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT Her MEDIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY HARMS, WHICH LAWYERS AND COURTS OFTEN CALL DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE DOWNLOAD OR UPLOAD OF ANY MATERIAL THROUGH OUR NEWORK (iii) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANYONE USING THE SITE OR ON THE SERVICE; OR (vi) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. Either Her Media or you may demand that any dispute between Her Media and you about or involving the Her Media Services must be settled by arbitration .

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold Her Media, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Her Media Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any Content that you post on the HerBlogDirectory Website or through our Services causes Her Media to be liable to any other.
